SUNBRELLA OUTDOOR · SYDNEY
Sunbrella outdoor cushions, made for Sydney living.
Made-to-measure outdoor cushions in selected Sunbrella performance fabrics for balconies, terraces, poolside seating and outdoor rooms across Sydney.

Australian outdoor living
Start with the setting, not a standard cushion size.
CCBD measures the furniture and space, helps establish the fabric direction, then resolves cushion proportions, inserts, seams, piping and finished fit.
Sunbrella provides the material foundation. The finished result is designed around the architecture and the way the outdoor area is used.

Why Sunbrella
Colour, texture and outdoor performance in one material direction.
Sunbrella’s solution-dyed construction places colour throughout the fibre rather than applying colour only to the surface. Applicable fade, UV, cleaning and warranty wording remains tied to the selected collection.
The fabric may offer water and stain resistance, but the complete cushion is not described as universally waterproof. Seams, inserts, drainage, exposure and storage remain part of the finished application.
Fade & UV resistance
A practical consideration for balconies, poolside seating and strong western light.
Water & stain resistance
Useful for spills and everyday outdoor moisture; the complete cushion is not waterproof.
Easy ongoing care
Cleaning follows the current guidance for the selected Sunbrella collection and cushion construction.
Mould & mildew resistance
The fabric is resistant, but routine cleaning still matters because growth can occur on dirt and other residue.
Outdoor durability
The textile is selected for an outdoor upholstery application, then matched to the exposure and use.
Colour, pattern & texture
Performance fabric can still carry restrained stripe, sage, navy, terracotta and textured neutrals.
Indicative design direction only. Current Sunbrella colours, patterns and weave are confirmed from physical supplier samples before specification.

Fit & construction
Outdoor construction still needs a clean fit.
Seat depth, back angle, finished thickness, corner shape and the way separate cushions meet all influence comfort and appearance.
Corners, seams, piping, zip position and pattern direction are resolved against the actual furniture. Inserts and internal construction also need to suit the intended use.
- Outdoor sofas, modular lounges and deep-seat cushions
- Dining chairs, poolside seating and daybeds
- Built-in and window-style benches
- Coordinated scatter cushions in restrained colour and pattern

Useful questions
Before the fabric is confirmed.
Are Sunbrella cushions suitable for Sydney outdoor conditions?
Selected Sunbrella outdoor fabrics are considered for fade and UV resistance, stain and water resistance, cleanability and outdoor durability. CCBD still assesses exposure, construction, drainage and storage for the specific setting.
Are Sunbrella outdoor cushions waterproof?
No universal waterproof claim is used. Fabric properties, seams, closures, inserts, drainage, exposure and storage all influence the completed cushion.
Can Sunbrella be used in colours other than beige?
Yes. Current verified ranges may include blues, greens, earth tones, charcoals, stripes and quieter textures. The exact fabric is confirmed before specification.
Can you make outdoor cushions to my existing furniture?
Where the scope is suitable, CCBD measures the actual frame and reviews seat depth, back angle, corner shape and the way separate cushions meet before defining the new construction.
Can I see Sunbrella colours and patterns before ordering?
Yes. Current samples are reviewed during specification so colour, pattern, texture, care and manufacturer information can be confirmed for the selected collection.
