Terms for using the CCBD website
These terms apply to use of the website and its residential and project enquiry forms.
1. Website purpose
The CCBD website is a marketing and enquiry platform for residential clients and selected boutique projects across Sydney.
2. Enquiries and consultations
Submitting a form does not create a binding supply contract. Residential enquiries and project consultations are reviewed before any commercial arrangement is confirmed.
3. Quotes, pricing and availability
Website content is general in nature and does not constitute instant pricing. Scope, suitability, availability and timing remain subject to review.
4. Product representation
Images are indicative only. Screen-based colour, texture and scale may differ from physical products, so final decisions should be based on approvals and direct discussion.
5. Information supplied by you
You are responsible for the accuracy of project details, site conditions, intended usage and other information provided to CCBD.
6. Intellectual property
