SUNBRELLA OUTDOOR · SYDNEY RE-COVERS
Keep the furniture. Renew it with Sunbrella.
CCBD assesses the foam, construction and fit before making replacement outdoor cushion covers for suitable Sydney furniture.

Assess before ordering
The first decision is what is worth keeping.
A worn cover does not automatically mean the insert is ready for another cycle. CCBD reviews cushion shape, support, foam condition, previous fit, seams and closures before confirming the re-cover scope.
Replacement may be recommended where the inserts have lost their shape, the original dimensions are unsuitable or the furniture no longer provides a sound basis for the work.
The re-cover sequence
Five clear steps, beginning with what is worth keeping.
Where the existing foam and cushion construction remain suitable, CCBD can measure, remake and refit the covers in a selected Sunbrella outdoor fabric.

Why selected Sunbrella fabrics
Renew the appearance without ignoring daily use.
Sun & exposure
Fade and UV resistance matter where a renewed setting returns to strong Australian light.
Spills & moisture
Water and stain resistance support outdoor use, while seams, foam and drainage still need separate consideration.
Cleaning
Care instructions are confirmed for the selected fabric and the way the replacement cover is constructed.
Mould & mildew resistance
Sunbrella fabric resists mould and mildew, while regular cleaning remains important where dirt or residue collects.
Outdoor durability
The new cover material is considered around exposure, handling and the serviceability of the retained insert.
A considered reset
New colour, stripe or texture can reconnect a sound setting with the terrace, garden and adjoining interior.
Genuine before & after
The same furniture, considered again.
A verified transformation must show the same furniture before and after. Until CCBD supplies a documented project pair, the page reserves these positions rather than substituting unrelated stock photography.
Verified CCBD project and publication permission required.
Use the completed view from the same camera position where possible.
Three ways to begin
Start with what you already have.
Useful questions
Before the fabric is confirmed.
Can every outdoor cushion be re-covered?
Suitability depends on the existing insert, shape, previous fit and furniture. These are assessed before the scope is confirmed.
Do I need to replace the foam?
Only where its condition, support and dimensions remain suitable. Otherwise replacement or revised construction may be recommended.
Can I choose different Sunbrella colours, patterns, piping and zips?
Yes, where the current range and construction support them. Colour, pattern direction, piping, seams and zip position are resolved before cutting.
Are replacement covers waterproof?
The complete cushion is not described as universally waterproof. Fabric, seams, closures, inserts, drainage, exposure and storage all matter.
Measured for the space. Resolved as one setting.
