Can you quote from plans?
Yes. CCBD can start a builder quotation from architectural plans or a window schedule, with room names, opening sizes and the intended treatment for each window. Before manufacture, our team checks the built openings on site. The final specification then accounts for fixing surfaces, clearances and any changes made during construction.
When should window furnishings be decided in a build?
Decide the treatment, track position, curtain recess and motor power while ceiling, joinery and electrical details can still be coordinated. That does not mean final manufacturing sizes are taken from the plan. CCBD completes a site check measure later, once the relevant surfaces are ready, before the approved specification is made.
Can you meet a tight handover?
Express roller blinds within 1 week may be available for a suitable selected system, while usual roller blind timing is 2–3 weeks. Blockout curtains are available from about 2 weeks, PVC shutters take 2–4 weeks, and curtains and Roman blinds usually take 4–6 weeks. Confirm the handover date, fabric availability and site readiness early.
Do you supply and install shutters?
Yes. CCBD can quote and install PVC shutters as part of a builder window-furnishing schedule. Their usual lead time is 2–4 weeks from order confirmation, subject to the selected system and site conditions. We check the actual openings before manufacture and coordinate installation against your handover program.
How is builder pricing set?
Each builder job is quoted individually for its products, number of windows, selected fabrics or systems, hardware and installation conditions. A dedicated contact replies within two business days to review the scope and next steps. Send plans, a window schedule and the handover program so the initial quotation is tied to the real project.
Who coordinates the site measure and installation?
CCBD completes a site check measure before manufacture and installs the finished treatments with its own team. Your project contact coordinates access and timing with the builder. A written specification schedule records the product and relevant fixing details for each window, so the team can work from the approved scope at handover.
